These terms apply to every order placed on kenderaskincare.com and to purchases arranged with us by phone or WhatsApp. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Kendera Skincare & Cosmetics Ventures is a skincare, cosmetics and fragrance retail shop at P&T bus stop, Simon Gladys Plaza, No. 1 Odumegwu Ejikeme Street, opposite GIG Logistics, Achara, Enugu 400102. We sell finished, sealed products made by their brands. We do not manufacture products.
2. Products
- We sell original products only and keep them sealed until they reach you.
- Product photos are for illustration. Packaging can change from batch to batch without changing the product.
- Some products show “Ask for price” because the price changes often. Contact us for the current price before you order.
3. Prices
- All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦).
- Prices can change at any time. The price shown when you pay is the price you pay.
- If a price on the website is clearly wrong, we will contact you before sending the order. You can pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
4. Orders and payment
- Online payments are processed securely by Paystack. We never see or store your card details.
- Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
- If a product you paid for turns out to be unavailable, we will offer you an alternative or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
5. Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy.
6. Using skincare products safely
- Read the label and follow the brand’s directions before use.
- Test a small amount on your skin first, especially if you have sensitive skin.
- Stop using any product that causes irritation, and see a doctor if it continues.
- Advice from our staff is general product guidance, not medical advice.
7. Our responsibility
If something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is limited to replacing the product or refunding the amount you paid for it, as set out in our policies. Nothing in these terms removes any right you have under Nigerian consumer protection law.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
