Kendera Skincare & Cosmetics Ventures respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use kenderaskincare.com or contact us, why we collect it, and your rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, phone number, email address and delivery address.
- When you ask to be told about a product: the product name and the contact details you give us.
- When you search the shop: the words you search for. These are stored without your name or any detail that identifies you, so we can see which products people are looking for.
- When you contact us: the messages you send us by WhatsApp, phone or email.
What we do not collect
We never see or store your card or bank details. Payments are processed by Paystack, a licensed payment company, under its own privacy policy.
Why we use it
- To process, deliver and support your order.
- To tell you when a product you asked about is back in stock.
- To answer your questions.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not send marketing messages you did not ask for.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the shop: Paystack (payments), our website host, the email and messaging services we use to receive order alerts, and the delivery company that brings your order. Each receives only what it needs for that job.
Cookies
The website uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as keeping items in your cart. We do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
- Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and the law.
- A request to be told about a product is deleted 90 days after we tell you it has arrived.
- Search words are deleted after 6 months.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
